We build the AI-native operating system for B2B
Two products, one idea: software that runs itself. Cogent helps B2B businesses win more work, and Likwid ERP runs the operation behind it — both built agent-first, not as another dashboard to babysit.
Businesses don't struggle for lack of data. They struggle for lack of software that can actually act on it — order the material, chase the vendor, rebuild the schedule — without someone doing it by hand.
That gap is the whole reason Likwid exists.
Incubated at the Indian School of Business
Likwid was built through the I-Venture immersive program at ISB — which gave us the mentorship, research access and industry network to get the thesis right before writing a line of product.
That time is why the product is grounded in how businesses actually operate, not in how software vendors wish they did.

From the floor outward
We started where the problem was hardest — the factory — and grew from there.
The research
Months on factory floors, mapping how MSME manufacturers actually plan, buy and produce.
The first ERP
Built an ERP for mid-market factories with genuinely complex production, not a Tally replacement.
Open source
Open-sourced the ERP core so partners and integrators could implement and extend it.
Procurement AI
Shipped a procurement agent that sits on top of any ERP — built from real enterprise constraints.
AI-native platform
Rebuilt operations around agents that plan, procure and schedule on their own.
Beyond the floor
Broadening from manufacturing to an operating system for B2B — Cogent joins Likwid ERP.
Built from what we kept hearing
Enterprise teams told us the same thing on repeat: they couldn't rip out the ERP they'd spent years implementing, but their buying was still run on phone calls and spreadsheets. So we built the procurement agent to sit on top of whatever ERP they already had — SAP, Odoo, Tally, or ours.
“We can't leave SAP — it took five years to migrate. But our procurement is still manual.”
— what enterprise manufacturers told us
“We need just-in-time buying today, not after another two-year implementation.”

Why we open-sourced Likwid ERP
The ERP core is open. The enterprise cloud is where we make money — but the foundation belongs to the people who run on it.
A real developer community
Developers and manufacturers extend the platform in the open, not behind a sales gate.
Infinite customization
Every workflow can be adapted to how a specific plant actually runs.
Partner-led implementations
Integrators and consultants build specialised solutions on top of the core.
Deepest where the floor is hardest
Dedicated workflows for the manufacturing verticals we know best — with the platform configurable for the rest.
